I read an article from a Christian News site that popped into my Facebook feed. The headline reads as follows:

“‘Destiny Readings’? ‘Expert Seers’?: Australian Group ‘Christalignment’ Drawing Concerns Over New Age Practices in the Name of God.'”

The article tells the story of a group in Australia that calls itself ‘Christalignment.’ It offers “destiny readings” by “expert seers” along with dream interpretation and something called energy impartation. All of this in the name of God and evangelism. You can read article here.

I’m seeing more and more stories like this popping up around the world. Whether it’s ‘psychics for Jesus’ or churches embracing the homosexual agenda, it’s all very disturbing.

We are getting away from the original message that runs as a theme throughout the Gospels: repent.

It’s that simple.

I mean, what more can you say about all of this except that many of the churches have gone soft. As I’ve stated in my previous blogs, they are more interested in keeping the seats filled rather than telling people they need to repent. Telling a good person who isn’t saved that they are great just the way they are won’t get them saved.

If you aren’t saved, I would encourage you to get on your knees and repent of your sins and follow Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Then find a good Bible believing church. If you can’t find one in your, there are a number of good preachers you can find online. One of my favorites is Pastor Charles Lawson of Temple Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.

I encourage you to do it now because Christ could return at any moment.

God Bless!
